Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join the recruitment team at PCS IT Infotech. As a Domestic IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various IT positions for clients across the industry. You will help our clients fill roles efficiently and effectively by identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding within a set timeframe.

Sourcing Candidates:

Screening and Interviewing:You will conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the job roles. You will also assess their suitability for the clients' organizations and provide detailed feedback on each candidate.

Client Communication:As a recruiter, you will be the main point of contact for clients. You will communicate regularly with clients, understand their hiring needs, and update them on the progress of candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Onboarding and Placement:The recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that candidates successfully complete the onboarding process and join the client organizations within 30 days of their Date of Joining (DOJ). You will ensure a smooth transition for the candidate, guiding them through all necessary steps, including contract signing and document submission.
